I have tried to deactivate, Block, Send text messages, I have been trying over and over again and I am pretty much at my wits end, I do not want to receive one single message in any form from AllRecipes. I have gone to their website I have written comments I have done reviews and now I am trying it this way please stop

Renewal question
Current issue, as usual, is full of wonderful fall recipes.
I called regarding wanting the lowest price for renewing; I had three different quotes and renewing online would not accept the lowest quote. It wasnt the easiest task getting a customer service representative but finally managed.
Id like to know why the name Pissed Consumer was chosen. Seems very odd for people who need help.

It wants to send me a one time code, but then the code never comes to my email. And now I cant see my recipes.

I am receiving two magazines and ask to have the second magazine sent to my daughter in Chicago, IL 60613
Received free cookbook for placing my order for the subscription
I addressed my envelope, put the stickers on my envelope, and enclosed a check that I had written. Then I misplaced the envelope.
I called and explained my situation and a lady said that she would send me a free cookbook a month ago. I havent received the cookbook, so I called back again today to ask about the cookbook.
I spoke with a supervisor who is sending me the One Pan Pleasers cookbook. My first issue will arrive soon too.

Can’t access my saved recipes
Second time this issue has come up. The email with the log in code comes 30 minutes to 2 hours after request.
After talking to representative , the issue was resolved.
Unfortunately, it returned 2 months later. No log in code no access to saved recipes

I have called three times. One time I got a sales pitch for an alert to hang around my neck that would not listen to me and continue to talk.
The next time they said they would transfer me to customer service and they said they werent available.
My time is important. I am moving and I dont have time for this kind of rhetoric

Every day I get your all recipe ads both 1/4 page and full page. I have absolutely no interest and havew been trying to cancel as its interrupting my emeials daily. There no place to cancel and Im forced to contact the Better Business Bureau.
